Every day Facebook or Twitter gets bigger. I wrote a post previously about Les Mills Master Trainers/Presenters/Staff on Twitter which I have to admit needs updating but I never thought about sharing the same information that can be found on Facebook. Les Mills being a global brand isn’t a company that can be summed up very easily. From the individual cogs behind the scenes, to the presenters, trainers and even the instructors results in a massive world wide family.
